Privacy Policy

When you use igcount, we collect the account information needed to provide the service, such as your login email, name, and profile image from your sign-in provider.

When you fulfil an order, igcount processes Instagram follower and following data for the Instagram account you choose. This may include Instagram usernames, full names, profile picture URLs, and profile picture IDs.

The igcount Chrome extension exists for one purpose: to fulfil an igcount order without requiring you to copy and paste code into the browser console.

The extension runs only after you open it and start an order. It reads follower and following data from the active Instagram tab and sends that data to igcount to create your follower analytics.

The extension reads your igcount session cookie only to submit data as the igcount account you are already logged in to. It does not read Instagram cookies, collect passwords, or use cookies for tracking.

The extension may store lightweight preferences in Chrome storage, such as your last entered Instagram username and igcount URL. It does not store follower or following lists in Chrome storage.

We use the information we collect to provide igcount features, authenticate your account, fulfil your orders, calculate follower and following insights, maintain the service, and prevent abuse.

We do not sell your personal information or Instagram follower data.

We may share information with service providers that help operate igcount, such as hosting, authentication, analytics, and database providers. These providers process information only as needed to support the service.

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, safety, and security of igcount, our users, or others.

We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain account history, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

You can request deletion of your account or associated data by contacting us.
